The views from the room are jaw-dropping, especially while watching the sunset over the lake. We were greeted with warm towels at check-in, something I’d never experienced before, made it feel special.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but worth a splurge.

The handling of dietary restrictions could use significant improvement!!! There was no air conditioning in rooms, making for an uncomfortable stay!!! The long wait times for dinner service were frustrating!!! Perhaps reconsidering the room assignment requests would help guests feel more satisfied!!!

We adored the heated outdoor pool, indulged in the gorgeous spa, and were thrilled with the amazing lake views. A nice moment was sipping cocktails by the outdoor pool while watching the sunset over the lake.

It was just a good match for a short stayover in Killarney with a reasonable price. The spa area was excellent, spacious, and not too busy, which I really enjoyed. Check the bar hours in advance as it closed on Sunday night.
